摘要：
This article presents a methodology for the identification of training needs, strengthening, training and development of each of the expenses during the work cycle in the organization, in order to contribute to the Francisco de Paula Santander training plan and / or facilitate decisions On job placement University. Results: Their validity was 0.87 as assessed by specialists. Conclusion: The method is reliable and effective.
