This paper aims at proving the existence of an analogy between the two most important judicial Etruscan documents that are the Tabula Cortonensis and the Cippus Perusinus. Particularly, a crucial period of the one would correspond to the pivotal period of the other: they have an analogous syntactic structure and express the same concepts. The interpretation of both passages should be founded in the acknowledgment of the forms of the passive construction and the phonological system of the Etruscan language. It would result that the two judicial texts reflect the same procedure of negotiation, dispute (due to different measurements effected by the parties) and solution of the lawsuits,
