摘要
Benzyladenine promoted rapid accumulation of mRNAs that encoded the small subunit of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (RuBisCO) and light-harvesting chlorophyll a/b protein in etiolated cucumber cotyledons, but only after prior incubation of the cotyledons in water. However, benzyladenine hardly affected the level of mRNA for the large subunit of RuBisCO.
