摘要：

In this research regulatory provisions of the first criminal code of RSFSR of 1922 are observed, the main contradictions between the common and specific criminal law norms are stated and alternatives for their solving are given. The conclusion about the necessity of improvement of criminal law codification is made with a strict interconnection of Common and Specific parts of criminal law.
