摘要：

A judicial new approach to the defense of the intellectual property in fight against the piracy is just produced thanks to an interesting sentence that serves us here gives help to show that the intellectual property is exactly a domain of the author, fruit Of their effort, sacrifice and work, and that as such can not be stolen by technicalities and legal fraud. It is necessary to support this jurisprudence to achieve that innovation, creation and creativity, expand, avoiding the systematic theft of the work of others".
