摘要
The results of complex examination of 111 patients at different stages of chronic kidney disease at the background of chronic glomerulonephritis made it possible to investigate the efficacy of comprehensive therapeutic complex administration which included angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, statins and ketoanalogue of indispensable aminoacids. The investigation proved that the efficacy is in 15,3% connected with the decrease in TNF-alpha level, in 26,4% is connected with the decrease in MCP- 1 level and in 18,9% due to the decrease in TGF-beta 1 level. Besides, the correction of cellular mechanisms of chronic kidney disease progression allows to achieve inhibiting (for chronic kidney disease-I) and stabilizing (for chronic kidney disease-II and chronic kidney diseaseIII) effects.
