THE 4TH SESSION OF INTERNATIONAL FORUM "CRIME AND CRIMINAL LAW IN THE GLOBAL ERA"

This scientific paper is devoted to the 4th session of international forum "Crime and Criminal law in the in the Global Erao" work analysis. The session took place in Beijing on 1-3 December 2012. It united more than 100 scientists from more than 21 countries of the world - Argentina, Australia, Brazil, the UK, Hungary, Spain, Italy, Canada, China, Colombia, Mexico, Russia, Serbia, USA, Ukraine, France, Germany, Switzerland, South Africa, Japan and Taiwan. The topic of the forum was "Renovation of Criminal punishment's concept and crime counteraction measures modernization". As the result of forum work scientific community adopted a set of resolutions that reflect basic approaches to countries' criminal policy at the present stage of national legislative systems' development relating to crime regulation and fight against growing society criminalization. The resolutions include public opinions of scientists from countries leading in optimizing criminal-legal kind of measures.
