摘要：
This text shows complete and documented information about the poverty in the world, with special attention in case of Mexico. Analyzing the reasons and being fixed in the root of the question, the author studies the diverse actions and programs that follow nowadays to attack a problem that affects many million persons. But, to attack the poverty with efficiency is necessary to adopt other strategies.
