摘要
We present numerical results for a two-dimensional model of cardiac tissue that uses either a mono- or bidomain description of the intracellular and extracellular potentials. The governing equations are a set of partial differential equations for the potentials coupled with ordinary differential equations for the local cellular dynamics. We develop and test a new hybrid numerical approach based on the Alternating Direction Implicit method and the Multigrid method. We also investigate the implementation of the algorithm in a parallel environment.
