摘要
The process of electrodeposition of tin-nickel alloy from sulfuric acid electrolyte with organic additives has been studied. It is shown that lustrous precipitates of tin-nickel alloy are formed with high current efficiency (i(c) = 2-9 A . dm(-2)) in electrolyte containing SnSO4, NiSO4, butyne-1,4-diol, formalin, and Sintanol. Nickel content in the alloy is 8-25%.
