ANALYTIC FORMULAS OF DIELECTRIC RECOMBINATION RATE COEFFICIENTS FOR IONS OF THE F-LIKE ISOELECTRONIC SEQUENCE

摘要
On the basis of fitting the directly computed dielectronic recombination rate coefficients made by M. H. Chen, using the multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock model in intermediate coupling with configuration interaction, we present a set of analytic formulas of dielectronic recombination rate coefficients for the F-like ions form Fe+17 to Eu+54 with the electron temperature in the range 0.02 less-than-or-equal-to T less-than-or-equal-to 9.0 keV. This set of analytic formulas may be used for interpolating the rate coefficients for other members of the F-like isoelectronic sequence in which explicit calculations are unavailable. The detailed results are tabulated and discussed.
