摘要：
Logically, environmental policy follows scientific fact; in practice, science is bastardized or ignored for policy. John Baden suggests that business can step in and ameliorate this failing by doing what policy-makers cannot: take risks. Baden debunks four myths to help business see the way more clearly, and to help policy-makers improve their ill-considered policies.
