ABOUT THE STATUS OF HAPPINESS IN HERBERT MARCUSE'S CRITICAL THEORY

In the following pages I will refer to one of the ways of rethinking the problem of happiness: Herbert Marcuse's critical theory. For this, I will attempt to establish, in a careful reading of this article "Zur Kritik des Hedonismus", in what measure his critical approach is an attempt of "rehabilitation" of happiness by "rehabilitating" the principle of pleasure.
