摘要
This paper presents experimental results for steady-state natural convective heat transfer in partially porous rectangular enclosures of aspect ratio 5. Adiabatic and isothermal boundary conditions were imposed for the horizontal and vertical boundaries, respectively. The enclosure was divided vertically into a fluid-saturated porous region and a fluid-filled region by an impermeable partition. Measurements were conducted for different Rayleigh numbers, porous materials and thicknesses of the porous region.
