摘要
The research aimed to analyze the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Human Resource Management (HRM) as a basis for further study, it can propose a model to analyze the relationship between the two factors.. The Research was exploratory and was based on a literature review on ScienceDirect. The search terms were selected in English, and were "corporate social responsibility" and "human resource management". Since ScienceDirect allows to search for the selected term either in the title or as keywords, the search focused on four groups. This methodological approach was appropriate to detect and analyze a core of papers directly linked to the study of the relationship between CSR and HRM. It was found that the study of this relationship has not been exhausted according to the literature. The complexity of it has been pointed out by different authors and it was possible to detect significant "gaps" as the need to consider the various factors involved in CSR. The reality detected as the low level of involvement of companies in developing policies and procedures CSR is undoubtedly another factor to consider. Research on the relationship between CSR and HRM must necessarily take into account the different views as to the HRM Managing diversity: gender and cultural diversity it can not be ignored and suggests the power to consider the possible moderating effect of these variables on the relationship between HRM and CSR.
