摘要
This paper examines the Nietzschean critique of the idealist tradition that, from Plato to the Moderns, devaluates the importance of the body, favoring an alleged subjective substance - the "I", subject, consciousness, reason, etc. - which constitute the essential characteristic of man. Nietzsche, contrary to this perspective, values the body, understood as a guide to understanding all human affairs. From this perspective it is possible to envisage a new understanding of subjectivity, a carnal subjectivity, in which what is essentials in humans is made up of vital forces, emotional and instinctive.
