摘要
The increase in the volume of transmitted information and the requirements imposed on the quality with which telephone calls are serviced is being accompanied by a constant improvement in methods of increasing the carrying capacity of control systems for digital switching systems (CS DSS). It is well-known (see, for example, [1-3]), that overloads of the control systems, brought about by various factors [4], may lead to a reduction in the carrying capacity of the digital switching system from its designed maximum value. Hence, one of the problems in designing control systems for digital switching systems is to develop methods of protecting the control system from overloads.
