The classical boundary value problem that emerges in the description of the n-particle instanton-induced scattering at energy E in the limit g2 --> 0, g2n, g2E fixed, is formulated. Its solution is found in the low energy limit in the (1 + 1)-dimensional abelian Higgs model: some features of this solution, including the structure of singularities in the euclidean time axis, are expected to be generic.
