This article focuses on understandings of religion, law, and ethics in Durkheim thought, especially in regards with his work entitled Les Formes Elementaires de la Vie Religieuse (The Elementary Forms of Religion), and historical/contemporary opportunities stemming from his approach to read related fields are sought and debated.
