摘要
A new method for the optimum synthesis of flexible mechanisms is presented in this paper. The concept of characteristic parameters is proposed firstly and applied into the design process of a flexible mechanism, which leads the design to an active way. The difficulties of selecting an initial value and searching a global optimal solution in optimisation are overcome through a fore process of the dynamic characteristic analysis of flexible mechanism in spectrogram forms. The computation time is reduced greatly in this active design procedure. As an example, the design of a flexible RSS'R space mechanism with optimal dynamic characters is obtained successfully by this method. The encouraging result is, through comparison, found to be superior to that obtained by general methods.
