CORRECTION OF AN ESTIMATE FOR ELECTRON CONCENTRATION OF IONOSPHERIC PLASMA AT INSTABILITY OF THE CONSTANT OF THE INCOHERENT SCATTER RADAR

摘要
We propose algorithmic procedures for the minimization of calculation errors in the electron concentration of ionospheric plasma. The technique for power analysis of space background at the input of the incoherent scatter radar is developed for these algorithms. This information enables one to control the transceiver system condition, which permits one to correct the radar constant and to improve the value of electron concentration without ionoprobe data.
