In this article we propose to reflect on the nature of identity in drug culture in Colombia and Mexico, in order to conceptualize about the possibility of becoming a sort of national social groups who identify and live in a narco-world. Such pseudo nations are based on profits from the Underground or Illegal Business narcoviolentas with Colombian- Mexican parent but whose main characteristic is the transnationalization of their illicit activities that intertwine with the legal activities of ways consensual or based on threats or actual violence. The narco-franchises are usually installed in the types of state that have been identified as Surpassed States, which, do not assimilate the concept of Failed States, cramped and unworkable. Overcoming the gaps left by the States are generally covered by the narco-authorities in the territories by violence, corruption and heritage, lead and organize. Overcome States do not exercise sovereignty over the whole part of their national territories but generally are present in most of the same. And through various Overcome communities narco-states exist codes of conduct generally opposite to those of their countries of origin and find other communities that share narco-values and narco-territoriality principles but which is outside the national borders.
