摘要：
The article considers and presents the forms and conditions of the developing charity within social help to the population of the North-Caucasian region in the post-reform period. The author has described the motivation and actuality of such help. The dynamics and moving forces of social and individual charity have been dealt with as two main forms. The article has also described the transformation of social support in the terms of changing the state system and ideology in forming bourgeois society.
