摘要
Starting from a simple axisymmetric two-way flow, exact solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations are obtained which represent an axisymmetric jet impinging upon a boundary plane or diverging from it. Four new families of exact steady-state three-dimensional solutions near the plane are obtained by extension representing various types of jets. The velocities, accelerations, streamlines and piezometric potential are computed analytically. The solutions are extended to unsteady-state flows when the boundary plane moves arbitrarily while staying parallel to the plane of steady state.
