摘要：

This study aims to investigate, critically, the technique of interpretation outlined in the eighth chapter of the Pure Theory of Law by Hans Kelsen. Authentic and inauthentic forms will be examined, as well as the question of interpretive frame, seeking to adapt this representation to that of the normative pyramid. Finally a new idea of this representation will be proposed: a frame with soft lines, to adapt it to new possible content of an interpretation without the pretense of neutrality.
