摘要
In this paper is shown the importance of the narrative forms as integrative factors for interpretation, in school teaching, of oral prose forms (the folk tales). It is necessary to differentiate, in the classroom, the notions of author and narrator, and also the notions of character, hero, personality, protagonist. The paper explains the expressiveness of the third-person narration; how the moment of telling is actualized by the first-person narration; and how a telling aimed at some specific other person (listener) serves as a rational preparation for an emotional experience. We explain, in this paper, the dynamism of the dialogue and the usual absence of description in it; and, the importance of dialogue and monologue for making the action dramatic and for revealing the qualities of the protagonists; also, how the narration serves to connect parts, and how it is used for describing the psychological states. The paper offers many examples from the folk tales, convenient for use in school.
