ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL ON PUBLIC SHOWS AND SPECTACLES AND ON ESTABLISHMENTS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC IN ANDALUSIA

Andalusian regulation has established - as other regional Spanish regulationssome rules on the obligations and responsibilities regarding public performances and opening licenses. At the same time, it has also foreseen - similarly to its regional counterparts - a series of different monitoring mechanisms designed to ensure the effectiveness of these rules, as well as certain reactive actions to fight against their possible infringement. The purpose of this paper is to analyze these administrative control measures - in particular, responsible statements, authorizations and environmental qualifications- and restoration of legality actions - above all, administrative enforcements orders, prohibitions and direct coercion- in relation to public performances regulation. Although this work is focused on Andalusian legislation, it also includes many references to the national and other regional Spanish regulations in order to highlight the differences between the legal framework provided by them.
