摘要
The objective of TALENT+ project is the development of an advanced intelligent decision support system for talent management, aimed at any organization that seeks to identify, attract and retain the best talent available, understanding the keys to motivate employees and maximize their performance, and want to be aware of any changes that alter the coexistence in the organization. The solution consists of two modules: the knowledge based system, which encodes the experience, methods and best practices of managers, and the intelligent system that exploits this knowledge using data analysis techniques.
