摘要：
This work brings t e basic statistical dates about meteorological and agrotechnical conditions of vegetation period of 1991. The results are present according to 6 climatic distinguished regions. The root yield of sugar beet in Czech Republic was 33,6 t/ha, sugar content 17,6 % and the estimate of yield of refined sugar is 4,6t/ha. The yield was unfavourably influenced by cool spring and very dry summer. The good sugar content is attributed to higher share of S-varieties and low rates and soil supply of nitrogen.
