摘要
In the growing under the blanket house "Santana", located in the Municipality of Moron, Ciego de Avila, on the banana Burro CEMSA production area, at April to December 2009 period, carry up an experiment that assessed the filter cake mud and bananas harvest byproducts (pseudostem and leaves) to vermicompost production, mixed in different proportions and use Californian Red Hybrid (Eisenia foetida) whit 250 adults/m(3) density. Semicomposted food sustrates were: filter cake mud 100%, filter cake mud + Banana (1x1) filter cake mud + Banana (1x2), arranged in a randomized block design in three treatments and three replicates. The data were processed using SPSS (2001) through a double classification analysis. There were no significant differences between treatment and during the vermicomposting process, were evident all developmental stages of the worm. It was observed an increase of 3.7, 5.2 and 5.9 the number of adult worms compared to the initial breeding stock for treatment, respectively. The best conversion biofertilizer (32%) was obtained in combination filter cake mud + Banana (1x1) with a greater number of earthworms and eggs presence. The organic Mater content resulted in values between 60-72% in the three substrates tested, framed within the parameters acceptable for payment of 1st quality, indicating the possibility of use of the banana crop by-products as substrate for earthworms, subject to their pretreatment stabilization by semicomposting procces.
