摘要：
The combined use of fluorescein-labelled monoclonal antibody and a cytocentrifuge for preparation of cell spots greatly reduced the time for rapid diagnosis, and improved the sensitivity and ease of detection of respiratory syncytial (RS) virus antigen in specimens of nasopharyngeal secretions. © 1990.
