摘要：

One hundred thirteen undergraduates completed measures of career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE), career locus of control, CDM attitudes, and CDM skills. Results revealed that self-efficacy theory is superior to the locus of control model in predicting college students' CDM attitudes.
