摘要
The concept of electric field assisted ion implantation (EFAII) is used for the first time to achieve new surface modification effects in iron oxide. By using the techniques of Mossbauer spectroscopy, Small angle X-ray diffraction and X-ray Photoelectron spectroscopy, it is demonstrated that the EFAII renders distinctly and characteristically different surface modification effects as compared to the conventional ion implantation method.
