We investigated the temperature dependence of the transport critical current density J(c) in a high-temperature superconductor system (Y1-xHox)Ba2Cu3Oy near the transition temperature T(c). When the value of x increases, the superconducting transition becomes broad and then the departure from a linearlity in the curvature of the temperature dependence of J(c) becomes very distinct. We discuss this departure in terms of the change to S-N-S junction from S-I-S junction in the present granular high-temperature superconductor system.
