The aim of article is think over the links among Culture, Gender, Policy and development from the Human Rights view in Argentina. We are interested in problematize the possibilities and borders between the public culture and the policies as promoters the Human Rights in the development and gender inequality context. From the socioantropologia perspective, these axes are part of the research that been carried out in Argentina; and, propose observe critically those speeches, instrument and normatives of Human Rights related to cultural. Among these regulations, implementations and result have not links with gender equality local strategies.
