摘要：

The problems of modernization of domestic machine-building industry to meet modern requirements of the innovation model of economy. Among these problems are distinguished: providing financial resources, government support for the development of an integrated research areas, personnel problems. To address these and other challenges requires the development of machine-building complex of the state industrial policy in the light of Russia's accession to the WTO.
