摘要
The 300 bit/s keyboard printer terminal, while confirming to the internationally agreed standards for data transmission, is built on an entirely new concept. It is designed as a standard terminal for 300 bit/s data signaling rate in the DDX network complying with CCITT X. 20 Recommendation. A family of printer equipment has been developed with the same printing mechanism in which mechanical components have been reduced to a minimum through wise use of electronic components. A new print wheel has 128 different type faces mounted at the ends of 128 flexible fingers based on the spokes, though ordinary wheel printers have less than 96 different type faces. In addition, a very thin and low-cost piezoelectric keyboard is adopted. This terminal sets new standards for both domestic and international networks.
