摘要
An alternative, easy and inexpensive technique for alumina coating onto AISI-304 steel has been developed. Alumina powder mixed with different organic binders were screen printed onto steel stips and films were annealed at various temperatures. The adhesion of film was found to be highly sensitive to the binder used and the annealing conditions. Glycerol was found to be the best binder. This film can find application as a substrate for superconducting films and their device application.
