摘要：

The problem which concerns a creation of the state regulating system efficiently coordinating the activity of Russian coal mining enterprises is described in the work. The point is considered in terms of the finished process of coal industry restructuring and decreasing of the State influence on it. The up to date basic problems met by coal mining enterprises are represented in the work as well as the main directions, which can provide the improvement of the state regulating activity in coal industry.
