摘要：
The strategy of state national policy being long-term calls for studying its intermediate results. Taking into account the contents and the structure of the document under consideration the authors of the article emphasize the task to ensure information support of the state national policy of the Russian Federation. Considering the documents specifying the Strategy the article analyses programs of the two federal channels, i.e. Rossiya 1 and Rossiya K. The research carried out defines verbal and non-verbal means of TV discourse in the framework of keeping and developing intellectual and cultural potential of peoples living in the Russian Federation and introducing Russian history and culture to other nations.
