摘要：

In this article it is made a review of the most important recent models used in the intellectual capital valuation in organizations, for each model is analyzed the theory component, its strengths and weakness. With the aim of perform the analysis of the selection process of these models, it is shown the selection process used for the choice of the model of intellectual capital valuation implemented in an organization, which make possible to clearly identify the used methodology for the model selection.
