This article is a continuation of the series of scientific publications devoted to the study of the causes and risk factors of suicidal behavior among the indigenous peoples of Siberia - the Altaians, Buryats, Tuvinians, Yakuts, Evens, Evenks. The death rate from suicides among the indigenous peoples of Siberia is many times higher than the average for the Russian Federation (RF), which requires a careful analysis of this social phenomenon and an explanation of its causes. Aim of the study is to assess the standard of living of representatives of the indigenous populations of Siberia - Altaians, Buryats, Tuvinians, Yakuts, Evens, Evenks - according to the basic socio-economic indicators of the regions. To study the role of socio-economic factors in the formation of aggressive and autoaggressive behavior. Materials of the study. Statistical materials of the Federal State Statistics Service (FSSS), statistical data on the socio-economic situation of the subjects of the Russian Federation. Object and methods of research. Dynamic analysis of socio-economic indicators (unemployment rate, population with cash incomes below the subsistence level, average per capita incomes, consumer spending of the population) in four national regions of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Altai, the Republic of Tyva, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Trans-Baikal Territory - for the period from 2005 to 2016. Results. The standard of living of the population dwelling in the national subjects of the Russian Federation is much lower than the national average. The unemployment rate is 10.8-12.0% (for the Russian Federation - 5.5%); the share of the population with cash incomes below the subsistence level reaches 42.1% (in the Russian Federation it is 13.4%); per capita incomes of the population are more than twice as lower. Representatives of indigenous populations make up the poorest part of the population of national subjects: the unemployment rate among them reaches 36.6%, and the share of families living below the poverty line is 78.3%. According to the FSGS, in the national subjects of the Russian Federation, high mortality rates from unnatural causes are recorded, exceeding the all-Russian values by 2.5 times, and the level of suicide exceeds the Russian average by 2-2.5 times. The crime rate is high: the number of recorded crimes - robberies, thefts, murders, rapes - exceeds the all-Russian index from 3 to 9 times. The close correlation between low living standards and high mortality rates from homicides and suicides has been identified. The most informative indicator of aggressive and autoaggressive behavior is the average per capita income of the population, which inversely correlates with the death rate from murders (p<0.05) and suicides (p<0.05) both in national subjects and in the Russian Federation in general. Conclusions. A lot of social problems that are present among the populations of the indigenous peoples of Siberia - unemployment, poverty, social lack of demand, lack of further prospects - are a consequence of a violation of adaptation that covers the entire population. The clinical symptoms of population adaptation disorder are manifested by destructive tendencies both at the emotional level - in the form of social anger and behavior abnormalities - in various forms of aggressive and autoaggressive behavior.
