Based on a preliminary analysis of 1.01 fiducial kiloton-years of Soudan 2 data, (track/shower))(measured)/(track/shower)(predicted)=0.64+/-0.17(stat)+/-0.009(sys). We discuss the implications of a neutrino oscillation interpretation of the atmospheric neutrino anomaly.
