PARAMETER OPTIMIZATION OF ELECTROCOAGULATION WASTEWATER TREATMENT IN ELECTROPLATING INDUSTRIES

摘要
The paper presents mathematical models to determine the residual concentration of heavy metals in waste water by the example of nickel, which were the basis of calculation of the dual-chamber electrocautery with fractional division of electrocoagulation sludge. Coagulated sludge removal according to the fractional division, depending on the phases hydraulic size, can significantly increase the rate of galvanic treatment, and reduce the amount of aluminum and electricity, by operating at low current densities 6-16 A/cm(2)
