摘要
Liquid-phase mixing in bubble columns is discussed on the basis of the mixing length theory. A characteristic mixing length defined as a lumped hydrodynamic parameter is estimated. The results indicate that the characteristic mixing length assumed previously by one of the authors is reasonable.
