摘要
A most important thing in developing or maintaining a successful power engineering program is to ensure a satisfactory number of high level undergraduate students. At Tampere University of Technology power engineering is nowadays very popular among the students. This popularity is widely due to the well planned basic course, close contacts to utilities and industries, interesting research areas, comparatively modern laboratories and young teachers.
