摘要
Lanthanum has been substituted for barium in the perovskite type Ba1-xLaxSnO3 solid solutions. The substitution rate is restricted to a small range of x-values (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.02). The temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity and of the thermoelectric power reveals a scattering of carriers by disorder in metallic type samples (x greater than or equal to 0.01) and a hopping mechanism in non-metallic ones where the localization seems to be of Anderson type.
