摘要：

This article presents the educational experience of a practicum in cooperation in teacher training. For 15 years, students of the University of the Basque Country have carried out their practicum in the Ecuadorian Amazon in order to strengthen the Intercultural Bilingual Education of indigenous groups. Using a qualitative study based on analysis of information obtain by autobiographies, the impact that this kind of practicum can have on students, in both personally and professionally fields, is evaluated. This study highlights the benefits and the essential learning that are possible to achieve through this type of experiences.
