Organizations like Knowledge Building Communities

In this paper the organizations are conceived as Knowledge Building Communities (KBC). In KBC model knowledge and learning are intangible resources and dynamic process to manage and capitalize on, in order to favor a sustainable and competitive development of organizations. By adopting a psychosocial perspective, we argue that the creation of knowledge is a collaborative and participated process involving the whole organizational community; thus, it is a tool which mediates the relationship between the organization and the (individual and organizational) learning process, aimed at producing innovation in organizations.
