METHODICAL RECOMMENDATIONS ON DEVELOPMENT OF CASE STUDIES IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

From ordinary bureaucrats, state and municipal employees must be transformed in professional employees with modern management knowledge and skills and thus seeking to improve the efficiency and productivity of the public administration in Bulgaria. Achieving this goal requires modernization of the traditional training system for officials. This article aims to present methodological recommendations for development of case studies in public administration, that can be used in the process of training of students, trainees, state and municipal employees.
